Over 1,000 Vacation Homes and Villas will be built at the brand new Margaritaville Resort Orlando
Margaritaville Resort Orlando today unveiled its first hotel renderings, showcasing a lobby that will welcome guests to this one-of-a-kind vacation destination in the heart of Orlando. With a coastal-luxe design and signature Margaritaville décor elements – including a large blue flip-flop and stunning chandelier made from upside-down margarita glasses – the 187-room hotel's lobby will embody Margaritaville's laid-back lifestyle.
Additional highlights of the lobby as shown in the first rendering (above left), include bamboo furnishings surrounded by abundant tropical plants and palm trees. Paradise continues in the second rendering (above right) with the margarita chandelier structure, complemented by comfortable lounge-style seating for guest to relax and escape.
"We look forward to creating a one-of-a-kind setting where guests can escape the everyday, kick back and chill out," said James Bagley, project developer of Margaritaville Resort Orlando. "This will start with our arrival process, welcoming guests in a way that immediately puts them into the Margaritaville state of mind."
With a projected phase one opening date of Q4 2017, Margaritaville Resort Orlando will introduce a wide range of amenities and unique features that guests will surely flock to experience. Highlights include a water park, wellness center, fitness trails, a water taxi system and a swimmable freshwater lagoon that will feature a designated beach area with cabanas and water activities. In addition to 187 guestrooms, Margaritaville Resort Orlando will feature 300 timeshare units and 1,000 Margaritaville-inspired vacation homes.
